I am a designer and maker based in San Francisco.

My work begins with curiosity about materials, landscapes, nature, and the things hiding in plain sight. I create sculptural and functional objects through observation, experimentation, and collaboration with materials.

Each material has its own logic and character. Getting to know one is like getting to know a person, layered, unpredictable, and requiring time. Through making, I explore these relationships and create objects that carry traces of place, process, and connection.
